Synthetic cordage fibers re stronger than natural ones.With a couple of exceptions,the natural fiber roes have been assigned 'decorative' status, often on decks,piers,and fences.But sometimes there re qualities - resistance to damage caused by water/excessive moisture or by exposure to chemicals,dimendional stability, a less 'coarse' surface that a natural fiber can't provide.So what are the choices?High cost nylon or polyester,affordable but shiny yellow polypropylene?There are optins,but film polyolenfin synthetic worth a long look.
